What is vbrAtmPvcVccStatsOdometerReset?

This OID provides a read-write control that allows resetting the transmitted cell billing odometer counter back to zero. Network engineers reset this counter at the start of a new billing period to establish a clean baseline for the next billing cycle. Setting this value to 'reset' clears the cell counters and timer, restarting the billing measurement from zero.
