What is vbrAtmPvcVccStatsOamAisRx?
This OID counts the number of AIS (Alarm Indication Signal) cells received on the ATM Virtual Circuit from the remote side. Network engineers watch this counter to identify if problems are occurring on the far end of the connection or in the network path. If this counter is 100 while transmission-side AIS is 0, it means the remote device is reporting alarms but your side is functioning normally.
