What is vbrAtmPvcVccPeakCellRateA2B?
This OID stores the peak cell rate in cells per second for A-to-B traffic on a VBR ATM circuit, capping the maximum instantaneous transmission speed. Network engineers configure this to prevent the ATM network from being overwhelmed by burst traffic and to define acceptable queue latency. A value of 19046 cells per second allows the circuit to burst up to roughly 2 Mbps on the forward path.
