What is vbrAtmBkPvcVccActivePvc?

This read-only OID reports whether the primary or backup PVC is currently carrying VBR terminal traffic. When an operator or monitoring system reads this, they immediately know if the connection is using the primary circuit (normal operation) or has switched to the backup due to a failure. If it shows backup, you know the primary terminal path is down and users are connected over the secondary link.
