What is tasTstAnnceLawType?

This OID specifies whether to use A-Law (for E1 telephone lines) or U-Law (for DS1 lines) encoding for the test announcement. Network engineers set this based on their telecom infrastructure—E1 is common in Europe and Asia, while DS1 is the standard in North America. Setting this to "A-Law" ensures the audio is properly encoded for playback on European E1 telephone lines.
