What is sysInfoTxOneCellUsed?

This OID shows how many single-cell transmit buffers are currently in use at this moment. If the Used value approaches the Total, it indicates the device is under heavy transmit load and may soon experience congestion. If Total is 1000000 and Used is 950000, the device is near capacity with only 50000 free transmit buffers remaining.
