Description: High-water mark of cells used within the receive one cell pool.

What is sysInfoRxOneCellHigh?

This OID records the peak number of single-cell receive buffers that were in use at any time since the system started. This tells you whether receive congestion is a chronic problem or only occurs during unexpected traffic bursts. If High is 950000 and Total is 1000000, the device came dangerously close to buffer exhaustion and may have dropped cells.
