This OID records the highest number of multi-cell receive buffers that were in use at any time since startup. This metric shows whether the device regularly handles large multi-cell packets or only does so occasionally. If High is 50000 out of a Total of 100000, the device typically maintains only 50% multi-cell buffer utilization.
