What is sysInfoMsgPoolHigh?
This OID records the peak number of internal messages that were queued at any point since the system started. This indicates whether message congestion is a routine issue or only occurs during exceptional load conditions. If High is 3000 out of 5000 Total, the device has never been close to message queue exhaustion.
