What is sysInfoBIPAErr?

This OID is a flag (0 or 1) indicating whether the cell circuit on backplane A is experiencing errors. Network engineers use this to identify physical layer faults in ATM switching backplanes before they cascade into larger failures. A value of 1 means the cell circuit on backplane A has detected errors and traffic may need to failover to backplane B.
