What is spvcGlobalPriorityScheme?
This OID enables or disables priority queuing across all SoftPVC connections system-wide, allowing voice calls to be prioritized over data. You enable this when different traffic classes need different delivery guarantees. Example: setting this to 'enabled' ensures voice packets always get queued ahead of file transfer data across all connections.
