What is siteTrapDialOutPhoneNum?
This OID stores a telephone number (up to 20 characters) that the device will dial when trap notifications need to reach an operator's phone or answering service. Network engineers configure this with the direct line to their NOC or on-call engineer so critical alerts can wake them at any hour. You might enter "5551234567" to have the device call that number immediately when a catastrophic failure is detected.
