What is siteTrapDialOutFeature?

This OID controls whether the device can dial out via modem to notify operators by calling a phone number or pager with alerts. Network engineers enable this feature in mission-critical environments where network failures would otherwise prevent trap delivery. Setting this to enabled allows the device to bypass network outages and reach operators through the public telephone system when critical alarms occur.
