What is siteRemoteMgrSrcAddr3?

This field defines the source IP address for SNMP traps and alerts sent to a third remote management station. Network engineers configure this to extend monitoring reach to multiple NOCs or backup monitoring systems. Setting this to 192.168.1.102 sends traps to the third manager with that source IP address.
