siteMasterNodeAtmAddr2

Module: ACMIB

OID (symbolic): ACMIB::siteMasterNodeAtmAddr2

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.1.14

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: OCTET STRING

Access: read-write

Description: Master node atm address, where TRAP will be sent to.

What is siteMasterNodeAtmAddr2?

This OID stores a redundant 20-octet ATM address for the master node to ensure trap delivery survives primary path failures. Network engineers configure this backup ATM route so alarms can reach the master node even if the primary circuit goes down. You might store a different ATM address that points to the same master node through an alternate virtual circuit for failover capability.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.1.14
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACMIB::siteMasterNodeAtmAddr2

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.1.14.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACMIB::siteMasterNodeAtmAddr2.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.1.14.1 s <value>
