What is siteID?

This OID holds a 4-byte numerical identifier that uniquely marks this site in the network, and is read-write for administrative updates. The machine-readable format allows automated systems and databases to reference this site without parsing text. A value of 0x0000001A internally identifies this location as site number 26 in your topology.
