What is sgApiCirEmEndPoints?

This configurable counter specifies how many circuit emulation endpoints are available for use through the Sapphire API, stored as a 32-bit integer. Network engineers set this to control the maximum capacity for CE connections on the device. A value of 200 means the system allows up to 200 simultaneous circuit emulation endpoints.
