What is resetAllStatistics?

This OID clears all traffic, error, and performance counters across every port and interface on the entire device. Network engineers typically use this during major troubleshooting events or system resets to obtain a clean statistical baseline across the whole device. Setting this to any value like 1 or 999 causes all counters device-wide to reset to zero immediately.
