What is percentComplete?

This read-only 32-bit integer (0-100) represents the percentage of an ongoing file transfer operation (upgrade, downgrade, or FTP download) that has finished. Administrators use this to estimate how long a firmware update will take and to detect stalled transfers that never reach 100%. For example, a value of 75 means the operation is three-quarters done and should complete in roughly one-quarter of the elapsed time.
