Invalid code is when the incoming K1 byte contains an unused code or a code irrelevant for the specific switching operation.(Only in bi-directional mode) chMismatch : channel mismatch is declared when the channel numbers in the transmitted K1 byte and the received K2 byte do not match for 50 ms.Channel mismatch is monitored only in bidirectional mode.

What is oc3APSPairStatus?

This read-only OID reports the overall operational status of the APS protection pair, including normal operation, configuration mismatches, or failure conditions that block proper failover behavior. Network teams use this status to verify that the protection switching system is functioning correctly or to identify configuration problems preventing successful failover. A status of 'noFailure' indicates the primary link is healthy and protection is standing by; 'modeMismatch' indicates incompatible settings at both ends.
