What is oamTestRxCount?
This OID counts the number of valid OAM loopback cells the device received as responses during a test. Engineers compare this to the TX count to detect packet loss on the tested circuit; a lower RX count indicates dropped cells. A value of 980 with TX of 1000 shows 20 cells were lost.
