What is oamTestAction?
This OID allows engineers to start, stop, or reset OAM loopback tests on ATM connections. Network teams configure this to initiate diagnostics when they suspect a virtual circuit is impaired. For example, writing a value of 1 might start a test, while 2 might abort it.
