What is oamLpbkRxCount?

This read-only 32-bit counter tracks the number of valid cells received back during the loopback test. A network engineer compares this value against the transmitted count to measure packet loss or path availability. An example value is 4950, meaning 4950 cells came back out of 5000 sent, indicating a 99% path success rate.
