What is oamActDeactBlkSizeBA?
This OID sets how many user cells are grouped for performance monitoring in the B-to-A direction, using the same principle as the A-to-B block size. You tune this value separately if the return path has different performance characteristics or monitoring needs. Setting both block sizes lets you monitor asymmetric connections where upstream and downstream require different monitoring granularity.
