What is msPortStatsTimer?
This OID records elapsed seconds since the current error-measurement period began at the MS layer, providing the time window for interpreting all MS-layer error statistics. A network engineer references this value to calculate how long the port has been monitored and whether enough time has passed to establish a meaningful error trend. A value of 7200 indicates statistics have been collected over 2 hours of continuous monitoring.
