What is msBaudRate?

This OID stores a numeric multiplier that, when applied to a base rate constant, determines the actual serial port speed. You configure this when connecting the port to external devices that require specific speeds like 9600, 19200, or 38400 baud. A value of 96 multiplied by 100 (the typical base multiplier) yields 9600 baud for standard terminal equipment.
