What is isdnIntfOperStatus?

This OID reflects the actual operational state of the ISDN interface—whether it is truly up and able to process calls right now. Technicians monitor this to detect physical or protocol failures; if it differs from admin status, there is a problem. A value of 'up' means the interface is connected and functioning.
