What is ipThrottlingStatsOdometerReset?

This OID resets all throttling statistics counters and the timer back to zero when written to. You use this when starting a new monitoring period or clearing old data to establish a fresh baseline. Example: writing 'reset' clears all accumulated throttling counters so you can measure traffic from that moment forward.
