What is ipThrottlingInPacketsPassedIBM?
This read-only counter shows packets that successfully passed through the in-band management interface. Network engineers watch this to ensure critical management and OAM traffic is getting through. Example: 50,000 passing management packets indicates your SNMP queries and device control commands are being delivered successfully.
