Description: CPU card IP throttling: the total number of input packets from both Ethernet port and In-band-mgmt of the CPU card.

What is ipThrottlingInPackets?

This read-only counter shows the total number of packets received by the CPU card from both the Ethernet port and in-band management channel. Network engineers monitor this to determine total traffic load reaching the CPU. Example: a value of 1,000,000 indicates the CPU has processed one million packets since the measurement started.
