What is ipThrottlingFeatureStatus?
This OID enables or disables the CPU card's IP throttling mechanism, which protects the processor from being overwhelmed by incoming traffic. You enable this feature to prevent the CPU from being flooded with packets during traffic spikes or attacks. Example: setting this to 'enabled' activates rate limiting so the CPU only processes up to a configured frame rate.
