What is ipAtmAppSvcVccStatsInCellCountLoA?
This OID holds the lower 32 bits of the inbound cell counter for switched virtual circuits arriving at side A. Network engineers combine this with the Hi value to measure total ingress traffic on temporary ATM connections and validate that billing records match actual usage. If an SVC's Lo counter is 1,500,000 and Hi is 3, the total cells received is approximately 12.9 billion.
