What is ipAtmAppSvcVccStatsInCellCountHiB?
This OID holds the upper 32 bits of a 64-bit counter for valid ATM cells received at side B of a switched virtual circuit. Engineers use this (combined with Lo) to measure total ingress traffic on on-demand ATM connections and cross-reference with billing systems. The Hi value increments slowly on typical SVCs; rapid increases indicate sustained high-volume data transfer sessions.
