What is ipAtmAppSvcVccStatsInCellCountHiA?
This OID stores the upper 32 bits of a 64-bit counter for valid ATM cells received at side A of a switched (dial-up) virtual circuit. Engineers use this to measure traffic on on-demand ATM connections and verify billing accuracy for temporary circuits that come and go throughout the day. For example, an SVC might be created for a file transfer job; this counter tracks total cells for that session.
