What is ipAtmAppSvcVccStatsCellsTaggedB?
This OID counts ATM cells marked with a congestion flag on the incoming side of endpoint B, indicating that the network experienced congestion when those cells were transmitted. Network engineers use this to detect when the network is approaching capacity before cells start getting dropped entirely. For example, a high count of tagged cells warns that the link is becoming saturated and dropping may happen soon if traffic doesn't decrease.
