What is ipAtmAppSvcVccPeakCellRateB2A?

This OID stores the maximum number of cells per second that can travel from endpoint B back to endpoint A on an ATM connection (measured as an integer). A network engineer configures this to guarantee that their equipment won't send more traffic than the ATM network can handle in either direction. For example, setting this to 8000 cells/sec means that under peak load, the connection will never exceed 8000 cells flowing from B to A.
