What is ipAtmAppPvcVccStatsOutOdometerCellCountLoA?
This OID tracks the lower 32 bits of a cumulative counter for valid ATM cells transmitted outbound on a PVC connection at side A (used for billing). Engineers combine this with the Hi version to get a full 64-bit cell count and monitor outbound traffic volume on ATM permanent circuits. For example, a value of 1,500,000 combined with a Hi value represents 1.5 billion cells sent on this PVC since the counter was reset.
