What is ipAtmAppPvcVccStatsInOdometerCellCountLoB?

This OID stores the lower 32 bits of the cumulative inbound cell counter for valid ATM cells arriving at side B of a PVC connection. Combined with the Hi value, this gives engineers the complete traffic volume measurement needed to verify SLA compliance and detect traffic anomalies. A value of 2,000,000 represents roughly 2 million cells received at this endpoint since the counter reset.
