What is ipAtmAppPvcVccStatsInCellCountHiA?
This is the high-order 32 bits of a 64-bit counter tracking all valid ATM cells successfully received on side A of an IP-over-ATM circuit. Because cell counts are very large, the system splits them into high and low words to fit in standard counters; together they give you accurate billing data. A value of 12345 combined with the corresponding low word counter creates the complete cell arrival count.
