What is ipAtmAppPvcVccStatsCellsDroppedB?
This OID counts the number of ATM cells discarded at the inbound side of endpoint B due to buffer overflow, congestion, or errors on the PVC. A steadily increasing value signals QoS problems, insufficient buffer memory, or link saturation that requires immediate attention. If you see 5,000 cells dropped in an hour during normal business hours, the circuit may need capacity upgrade or traffic shaping rules.
