What is imaGrpChannelMinNumRxLinks?

This read-write integer (1-32) sets the minimum number of active receive links needed for the IMA group to be operational. Network engineers use this to prevent the group from running in a degraded state with insufficient bandwidth. For example, setting this to "3" ensures the group only activates when at least 3 receive links are healthy.
