What is ilmiStatsReqTimeouts?

This OID counts the number of times an SNMP getRequest timed out while waiting for an ILMI response (Integer32), indicating slow or overloaded peers. High timeout counts reveal network latency problems, congestion, or a sluggish ILMI endpoint that cannot keep up. A steady value of 0 ilmiStatsReqTimeouts is healthy; a sudden jump to 50 in minutes signals the peer is degrading or failing.
