What is ilmiStatsPacketDisc?
This OID tallies received ILMI packets that were discarded due to corruption, invalid format, or frame misalignment (Integer32). Engineers investigate climbs in this counter to catch link quality issues, CRC errors, duplex mismatches, or mis-configured cell sizes. If ilmiStatsPacketDisc climbs to 100 in a day while other counters are normal, packet loss or a physical layer problem is likely present.
