What is ilmiStatsLinkResets?

This OID counts the number of times the ILMI link connectivity has toggled between the down and up states. Network engineers monitor this to track link instability and identify whether the interface is flapping or experiencing recurring failures. A count of 6 indicates the ILMI link has gone up and down 6 times since statistics were last reset.
