What is hdlcThroughPut?

This OID sets the transmission speed of the HDLC interface to either 64 kb/s or 56 kb/s depending on your carrier circuit. Network engineers configure this to match the actual line speed provisioned by their service provider. For example, setting this to 'k56' limits the interface to 56 kb/s, which is standard for RDI (Robbed Digit Interfaces).
