What is h248MGCIpAddress2?

This OID stores the IP address of the secondary or backup MGC used when the primary becomes unavailable. An engineer configures this as a failover destination to ensure calls continue routing if the primary MGC goes down. For example, 192.168.1.101 would be the standby MGC that takes over automatically when the primary fails.
