What is gr303TMCT303?
This OID sets the TMC T303 setup timer from 700 to 4700 milliseconds (in 500ms steps), controlling the timeout for connection establishment. Network engineers adjust this based on network conditions—longer values help if the network is congested, while shorter values fail-over faster on truly broken links. For example, a setting of 1700 milliseconds means the setup phase waits up to 1.7 seconds for the far end to respond.
