What is frUniStatsTimer?

This counter (range 1-899 seconds) measures how long the Frame Relay UNI (User-Network Interface) statistics have been collecting since the last reset. Administrators use this timestamp to determine if error or collision counts represent a persistent problem or a transient event from minutes ago. A timer value of 50 seconds with 3 mismatched cells means the error rate is approximately one cell per 16 seconds.
