What is frUniStatsFramesEncodedHi?

ACMIB::frUniStatsFramesEncodedHi stores the upper 32 bits of how many frame relay frames have been prepared for transmission on a frame relay interface. Monitoring this metric tells you if the interface is carrying the expected frame volume and helps detect bottlenecks or unusual traffic patterns. A high-order value of 500 million combined with the low-order portion shows roughly 2 billion frames have been encoded.
