What is frUniStatsFramesDecodedLo?

ACMIB::frUniStatsFramesDecodedLo stores the lower 32 bits of the received frames counter and complements the high-order value to give you the total frame count. Engineers monitor this to ensure bidirectional traffic flow is balanced and to diagnose line quality issues when decoded frames lag behind encoded frames. A lo value of 1.5 billion with matching hi bits means roughly 2 billion frames decoded.
